Responsibilities:
Serve as project manager for Davis Street outreach and events, including marketing, social media posts, registrations, coordinating staff and volunteers, booth set-up/take-down, event supplies and materials Proactively plan and maintain a calendar with key events, deliverables, deadlines, etc.
Coordinate production of marketing materials, flyers, brochures and giveaway items.
Create and manage content for social media platforms and agency website Create agency press releases Update and coordinate the production of the agency's annual report Create and maintain marketing metrics, weekly reports and tracking data and outcomes Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS 2 years related experience Education or training in marketing, communications or related field a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop written correspondence and interact with internal and external partners and vendors Excellent project management skills with ability Juggle multiple tasks and priorities Strong experience in online presence management, including social media platforms, electronic marketing and agency websites Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to details and follows-through to ensuring deadlines are met with quality outcomes Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and varied socio-economic levels Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance and California driver's license with a good driving record Ability to lift and transfer 30 pounds Job Type:
