This position will report to the department manager.
Essential Job Functions Responding to various requests and inquiries from an established customer, outside sales team and vendor base Achieves and maintains rapport with customers, manufacturers and outside sales staff to provide the best-in-class customer service Handle all communications in a timely and professional manner Monthly forecasting and sales analysis Provide quotations and proposals to customer base and sales team Proactively follow-up on customer quotes, inquires and various projects Attend product training at with various manufacturers (as needed) Research and resolve product/service issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction Troubleshoots end-user customer complaints and product issues Process customer returns related to defective products, job changes, or annual returns Job Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills Technical aptitude to understand product functionality, specifications and applications Electrical, lighting and/or home improvement product knowledge, a Plus! Organizational, time management, multi-tasking and follow-up skills Motivated both individually and on a team level, self-starter Knowledge of quoting systems, query interfaces and ability to access manufacturers' systems Deadline and results driven Pay and Benefit Package $20/hr-$22/hr starting pay, based on experience Vacation and sick time accrual 90% Employer paid medical, dental, and vision 401(k) - 4% employer matching contribution 100% Employer paid basic life, short term and long term disability insurance Additional voluntary term life Insurance is available 9 Annual paid holidays Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent / College Degree a Plus Administration, order entry and/or customer service experience Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
