4 days per week (32 hours) with ability to flex up to 40 hours as needed.

administrative tasks, such as:
Organize and update employee and department records Update and maintain employee database Track and collect required documents Create and maintain reports, charts and graphs Assemble materials and packets Track individual and re-occurring trainings Communicate and respond to employees verbally and via email Coordinate meetings and interviews Organize and file paper and electronic documents Prioritize tasks and provide regular updates to ensure proper follow-through and timely completion Maintain confidentiality in carrying out assigned tasks Assist with multiple projects as needed
Qualifications:
2 years experience related Excellent people skills and positive personality Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Zoom Professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks Strong judgement and problem-solving skills Job Types:
