is seeking responsible, honest and hardworking individuals with a can-do attitude for a customer service / operations position with a successful and growing Distribution business.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Answer incoming customer calls and emails ? Create customer quotes, process customer orders and returns ? Follow-up with customers diligently and proactively ? Perform billing and purchasing functions ? Assist with additional general office duties as assigned ? Tend to customers for will-call pick-up as needed ? Perform some shipping and receiving functions as needed ? Help ensure office is always clean and organized ? Ensure office and self comply with general office work procedures, safety regulations and policies Requirements:
? Team player ? Exceptional customer service skills ? Able to multitask ? Computer literate.
Proficient in Microsoft office suite a plus ? Detail oriented ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ? SAGE, Acumatica and/or other ERP software experience a plus ? Valid Driver's License ? Specific physical demands include ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds and at times work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related) plus stooping, kneeling, climbing, crouching or reaching.

? Minimum Education:
High school diploma, or equivalent ? Minimum of 1 year Customer Service / Distribution / Wholesale / Operations experience ?
