This Role The Production & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for day-to-day functions which support order fulfillment including receiving, storing, handling, shipping and assembling product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and assemble the Fellow kit Pick, pack and ship the Fellow kit to customers and clinics across the US Organize stock to ensure product rotation and safe storage Maintain internal documentation associated with supply chain activities Work with team lead to scale operations as the company grows About You You are dextrous and able to work in person at our headquarters San Leandro, CA Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software Highly organized and detail oriented Adaptable, have a team-first attitude, and a positive can-do mentality Reliable and consistent Able to stand for >5 hours and lift 40 pounds Previous warehouse or kitting experience preferred but not required Why You'll Love Working Here - We are a team fueled by empathy and community.
