Job Duties include but are not limited to:
General Office Duties.
Ability to operate basic office equipment.
Answering incoming calls and providing accurate information.
Replying to emails and voicemails.
Data entry.
Copying, Scanning, and Organizing.
Filing.
Provide good customer service to staff and applicants.
Assiting other staff members.
Succeed independently with tasks.
Maintain Office environment cleanliness and organized.
Inventory.
Skills:
Organized Calm under pressure Ability to Multitask Speed Friendly
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft, Exel, Google Sheets.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Good Verbal and Communication skills.
Bilingual (Preferred) Company
