Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration, Social Science, or equivalent related field required.
Five (5) years' experience in a leadership role in a health care or social services setting.
Experience with mentally ill children or adolescents required.
LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist preferred Valid California Driver's License.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
The Administrator manages the overall day-to-day operation of Stars programs and facilities, assuring compliance with Federal, State, County and local laws and regulations.
They oversee designated management staff who directly manage these programs or provides direct management in their absence.
They may supervise designated support staff for the agency and collaborates with regional support staff.
They assure that there are comprehensive quality treatment programs and services for all clients and reviews and approves all policies and procedures of the facility.
The Administrator represents Stars and its programs to governmental agencies, the Board of Directors, and the community.
They assist the Regional Administrator in development of new programs in Northern California.
Division/Program Overview:
Operational oversight of community-based and school-based behavioral health programs and Mental Health Rehabilitation Center in San Leandro and Redwood City, CA.
Responsible for ensuring clinical, quality, and financial soundness of all programs Develop and lead a team of clinical and administrative leaders.
