Centered Studio Pilates is a bright and welcoming, fully-equipped boutique Pilates studio located in San Leandro, established in 2013.
We pride ourselves in creating a warm, encouraging, and inclusive environment for clients of all shapes, sizes, and abilities.
We are looking for a Studio Assistant to support our team and clients, and be the smiling face to greet all that visit our studio.

Available to work Wednesdays 9:
30am-12:
30pm and Fridays 11am-2pm.
Excellent communication skills in-person and through phone, text, and email while managing various client and staff personality types with professionalism.
Able to effectively manage client and staff scheduling and payments.
Able to perform basic Pilates equipment maintenance and set-up including lifting up to 40 lbs.
Able to perform light equipment and studio cleaning to keep the studio tidy and running efficiently.
Organized, neat, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Computer skills for creating email newsletters and studio signage & announcements, including using MailChimp and Canva.
Fluent in using MindBody and Google Drive, including Docs, Spreadsheets, and Forms.
Sales-minded for supporting the ongoing success of the Studio.
Minimum of one year administrative experience.
Experience working in a Pilates, Yoga, fitness or wellness studio is preferable.
High school diploma or GED.
