in a full-time position as an Inventory and Shrink Research Analyst based out of our San Leandro Warehouse facility.
This role is integral to our operations, focusing on reviewing inventory levels for CVS and Benefit networks, preparing allocation/replenishment orders, predicting sales, planning inventory flow, and creating solutions to ensure timely shipments to meet network demands.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, responsible, and capable of documenting inventory accurately while immediately addressing any issues with upper management.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Review and monitor current network in-stock for CVS and Benefit.
Maintain a schedule for on-time allocation orders.
Modify replenishment schedules as needed.
Forecast products and place timely orders with vendors (Benefit only).
Record all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Conduct detailed inventory reports.
Manage daily email communications, participate in meetings, and meet all deadlines.
Assist with shrink research and mitigation.
