Provide pre-sales support, planning, deployment, training, and support of OSIsoft technologies. Troubleshoot technical problems, perform in-depth research and analysis, develop test scripts, and reproduce customer observed product behavior. Support account managers, field sales and center of excellence team by developing and executing product demonstrations and technical presentations during customer events and trade shows. Educate customers to develop best practices for their PI System implementation to generate maximum savings in the million-dollar range per year. Handle first-line troubleshooting and customer inquiries on 400
interfaces, 13 client side products, and 20 layer products. Plan and execute PI System Deployments to acquire real-time data from various different control systems and/or relational databases on Windows as well as UNIX platforms. Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and customers to configure and to deploy PI Systems in various different industries including power and utilities, transportation, and oil and gas. Troubleshoot, document and follow-up with proposed solutions on various complex technical problems and provide on-site customer support. Position may require up to 30% business travel.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Master of Science or foreign equivalent degree in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Math, Physics or a related field
Special Requirements:
Experience with or knowledge of the following (can be gained concurrently with required experience and/or through education): Transportation, power & utilities, and oil & gas industries

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
