Without any direct reports, will provide front line IT support to maintain health and availability of our private and public facing servers. Work with internal users on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving a variety of hardware/software problems. Report, manage, and accurately document all problems by logging each case into our ticketing system. Configure laptops and desktops for employees. Build servers and help implement architecture for wide variety of projects. Assist with long term IT projects (e.g. Active Directory, Backups, Exchange, VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), etc.). Monitor and create alerts for servers and other IT critical infrastructure. Evaluate desktop and mobile-related products. Implement and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure. Use networking technologies and general troubleshooting methods. Support Windows OS and administer Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory. Position may require travel
Position requires Bachelor of Science or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Sales Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or in a related occupation
